Technical Guidance
This guide is intended to assist agencies in charge of winter services on French aerodromes on how to meet the three following objectives:
- providing optimum safety on the traffic areas, whatever the meteorological conditions,
- ensure continuity and regularity in the air transport service,
- carry out these functions in respect of human needs, environmental and economic factors that include requirements unique to the airport environment.
